Blissey is ussualy better on balance comps where she will be teleporting all the time. Chansey (without teleport) is better for hard stall

I like to run both Chansey and Blissey on the same team.
Magic Guard Clefable for sure, but HDB Unaware is a nice meme.
They're completely different, but I'd have to say I prefer Corviknight.

If your goal is specifically counter-teaming Quagsire stall I guess it can work. Otherwise every other time you will kick yourself for not running Thunderbolt. It's something that can work in tournaments once but does not work on ladder.
