I recently watched the i choose you movie and it was funny how Suicune and Entei had some short moments with the MCs but Raikou was literally just around for a like few frames

Seems like it's head was completely redesigned. That armorlike plate that covers it's front skull and over it's ears used to extend past the back of it's neck.
