>Gen I:
Pretty fun, with comfy sprites and music, but bad post-game. Original line-up is still the best. 4/5
Gen II:
Did everything Gen I did, but better. Only problem is level-scaling in Kanto, and some Gen II Pokemon are available way too late. 5/5
>Gen III:
Best soundtrack. Love the sprites and tropical theme. Pokemon availability can be weird. 5/5
>Gen IV:
Nice world, and long quest, but the pacing and overall gameplay are extremely slow, dragging down the experience. 3.5/5
Gen VI:
3D made Pokemon feel fresh, but the game is uneven because of the shallow and empty level/world design. The characters are fun/cute, yet the story is Saturday morning retardation. 3/5
Haven't played the others yet, so I'm curious about what /vp/ thinks.
