Without pex, stall mirrors become actually playable without going to 1000 turns.

I don't care if Regenerator is good against stall. Toxapex is braindead cancer with almost no good ((offensive) switch-ins that gets away with mindless plays that often tend to get rewarded and defensively sweeps late-game because everything that can threaten it has less longevity or loses the PP war.

Stall v stall games will always be 200+ turns unless they are running counter-stall-stall mons like salazzle. Banning pex only makes the stall v everything else matchup worse for stall

Toxapex doesn't benefit stall, though.
The same way Cinderace doesn't benefit offense.
Forcing you to always run the same mon and getting fucked over by that mon if you don't run it and 50/50'd if you do isn't a good thing for any archetype.
