To be fair, my issue is mainly with the fact that Pokemon's art style has changed and so has the way they design the Pokemon. Maybe if these three were designed the old way they would look good.
I'm not trying to call ultimatums and I by no means am claiming I'm some kind of authority on the subject. I just wanted to clarify that I have some semblance of artistic ability, not that I'm some art master.
So what if the Japanese artists' galleries are on proud display? I have galleries of stuff as well. If I'm being completely honest, I have stopped drawing a lot lately because I have severe OCD and have been trying to switch medicine, so it makes it hard for me to do nearly anything, drawing included.
Just because somebody was hired professionally does not automatically make all their art and designs good. That's what it sounds like you're implying.
