Download or Analytic are about equal in terms of utility, don't go full retard and stop speed control because you have an Analytic Porygon 2.
Trick Room might still be a good idea, perfect speed IV doesn't hurt THAT bad.
Porygon 2 has the potential to suffer from All My Friends Are Dead syndrome, so make sure to invest in Special Attack.
It can run Electric, Ice, Psychic, or Ghost coverage your team needs, Foul Play can make it anti setup, or Tri Attack is good for consistency. Teleport is neat, but you can't really spare the slot unless you remove Protect for it. Ally Switch can also be used over protect.
Screens may sound tempting, remember this thing has AMFADS, don't give it screens.
Everything is going to want to use Knock Off on it, so giving it Trick can be a fun play, but it's not exactly a good one.
