Samurott isn't the worst design ever, but it's too jarring (and not in a good way) compared to its prevos. Quadrapeds holding tools with hands also looks kind of stupid.

It has a boring face, a very plain neck/head, an ugly shade of green, it's basically monochrome besides the flower (which does look cool, if only it didn't clash with the rest of the body)...

It's a dinosaur from a kid's show with a flower around its neck. It's lazy and ugly.
