Anon, it is quite obvious that the base is both mythological and real(bird) harpies, the problem is that one thing is to base your fakemon on a concept and develop it from there, to literally just draw an exact copy of that concept, in this In case he's not creating a pokemon based on a harpy, he's just drawing a harpy.
