While the other Pokemon on this list have stats comparable to other two-stage evolutions available around the same points in later games, Noibat's got absolutely dogshit stats (its highest, Speed, is base 55) but has the same later-gen early availability, except instead of only having to baby it for 4-5 levels, you have to do it for around 40.
I know that Drayano hacks fix the evolution levels of a bunch of mons, including these, though some of them still evolve a bit too late.
