Most of the other ones are pretty shite though I do have a soft spot for Toucannon and Talonflame. I sincerely like Corviknight (so unique, I know).
I've spent the most time in Hoenn, and arguably I'd say that Wingull is a solid contender for the regional bird, just going by how ubiquitous it is.
