should've given it some speed desu and also that hail buff probably just puts more light on a-ninetales since it would be more consistent for veil and you could pair it with weavile or something. i can imagine just giving ice actual resists or making hail -1 speed for non ice types or something though that would fuck up most veil teams

Alolatales would only serve to setup Hail, Aboma can do that and hit hard in return, it can setup SD and wallbreak or sweep using Ice Shard
The speed needs to be low so setting up the weather against another weather setter is easier

Make Water and Ghost type Pokémon immune to Hail chip damage. You can make a new Ghost type move that doubles in power when used in Hail. Now you actually have other types that work in Hail. Additionally you can just buff existing Hail abusers.

Also, maybe instead of switching at the end of the turn, Emergency exit activates the first time a move would KO Golisipod? That makes more sense as it is still a coward, but the escape makes strategically sense. Not sure if that would be broken.

He literally has an attack called Snipe Shot and becomes a sniper in his giant form. Even if it's not a great ability, it fits him too well to get rid of it.

They just need to add some actually good Slush Rush users. The only reason Rain/Sand/Sun are good is because the pokemon that take advantage of them are actually good. Without pokemon like Excadrill, Kingdra, M-Swampert, Charizard, Venusaur, etc. those weathers are just as useless as hail

Slow is better with weather as you overwrite other weather. Plus 60 is at that nice sweep spot where you outspeed trick room teams, but can set up trick room yourself to outspeed fast teams.
