Tapu Lele and Tapu Koko shouldn’t get Expanding Force and Rising Voltage then.
Now the only reason you would use Indeedee is for the Ghost immunity and Pinchurin for spikes/memento

I disagree.
Unless I'm missing something the Dragapult line is Ghost because of their ability to go stealth mode while their Dragon-ness comes from the whole combination Airplane/Lizard thing we've gotten fromboth Garchomp and Salamence.
So while it can do some Ghostly things the real spooky shit Ghosts referred to as being "souls" or "spirits" can do are outside of Dragapult's abilities.
Again, unless I missed flavor text somewhere that described the line as being the souls of dead airplane stewardesses or something

Idk... Unless they make another mon based in a archer. Spirit Shackle isn't like Darkest Lariat in this gen.

It would get it banned possibly faster than Poltergeist. The only physical Ghost move that could keep it balanced is Shadow Claw.

You're probably overthinking this, ghost is like dragon where it's become more than just a physical type but also an elemental attribute. Decidueye and A-Marowak aren't blobby phastasms but they have the ghost element to them all the same the same way A-Exeggutor does dragon, there's no reason for Dragapult to be unable to use shadow claw or poltergeist except for it being one of GF's occasional attempts at balance like this >>44514692 anon says (also see Rillaboom not getting the very obvious synthesis or Garchomp still lacking DD).

It didn't, that was actually a common point of mockery when the datamine was first published. It does get Scale Shot so SD+Scale Shot can act like a ghetto replacement, although it makes it significantly weaker to priority.
