Ok, if we were to get a core series game for the 25th anniversary, which one of these would come out next year? DP remakes, Let’s Go Johto, or Gen 9?

DP remakes or new DLCs for SW/SH. Johto isn't as popular as Kanto, i don't think they will remake it in the near future.

Generation 9. Mostly because Gen 8 getting DLC is a bad omen for remakes.
I’m a sinnohfetus and would prefer remakes but nu GameFreak is highly money grabbing and would defiantly make an entirely new generation just for an anniversary (see also 2006, 2016).

Raising your legs for Masuda won't make it happen.

D/P remakes or another Let's Go is by far the most likely. The former in particular cleans up the remaining unreleased Pokemon. Both together clean up even more. GF makes more money, /vp/ seethes, some deal with it and get laid. The world goes on.
