Noctowl has the issue of poor stat distribution (hp and sp.def) making it a tanky regional bird which with its typing is not too ideal. Before SWSH it was too slow to set up and did not have that great moves. Now with SWSH, it gets nasty plot but is reliant on dynamax for tinted lens hurricane sweeping after max airstreaks.
It is strong now but needs setup unlike the other two that could slap on a choice item/life orb/ scope lens to get things done.
