The only mons with access to Spore (the only remotely reliable sleep move) have less than 75 speed, meaning even a handful of stallmons like Mandibuzz, Rotom, and Scizor can outspeed them. And the use of Grass types like Breloom, Tangrowth, Amoonguss, and Ferrothorn.
Blaziken, Magearna, Cinderace, and Dynamax so BTFO stall, but they also BTFO everything else even harder because nothing else is as good defensively as stall. Blaziken in particular is a weird example considering it got banned after getting Speed Boost, which is completely irrelevant against stall.
I also forgot to add Shadow Tag and Arena Trap, two stall staple abilities, being banned.
