For example, Change Pikachu's FS to one of its Z-Moves, and make Volt Tackle its Side Special instead of Skull Bash; a move it hasn't been able to learn since Gen 1. For Pichu give the spinoffs a little love and make its FS the Ukelele from Guardian Signs.
Jigglypuff's fine as is, since its a meme moveset.
Pokemon Trainer's also fine.
Lucario needs a serious overhaul because he's just awful. Get rid of the stupid rage mechanic, give him a better FS, and make his Up Special non-angle-able and able to do damage, just to name a few changes.
Mewtwo needs to be heavier and lose the damn hurtbox on his tail.
Greninja's fine.
Incineroar is also fine for the most part, but I wish he was more viable. Definitely can stand to be faster. I will say though that he probably has the most fun moveset out of all the Pokemon reps.
