Yes. Every rabbit pokemon thus far has been a cartoony biped, it would have filled a more unique niche among other rabbit mons and even among its fellow starters.
Also it looks part electric type so that’s cool.

It's just so fucked. The shading is flat as fuck like every bodypart has its own light source and does not cast any shadow on the rest of the body. The chin is unsalvageable, the sex appeal is overtuned and simply looks gross, and the foreshortening looks like ass.
