>>44527257- The soft level cap/disobedience shit is really fucking awful and badly designed. The game expects you to have a team near the level cap in later segments, but you better make sure none of them go over, or the RNG will fuck you. It's just completely unfair and is a dumb disadvantage piled on the player. I like the level caps, but the disobedience shit has made me genuinely mad.
- The fact there are not difficulty modes for people who don't want to get roadblocked hard and want to enjoy the environments/areas (which I do) or the story (which I don't, but hey, there are some nignogs) is really dumb.
These allegedly will get fixed in the final update, though.
- As stated previously, some of the Pokemon have ridiculous requirements to find, with no in-game NPC even remotely pointing you in the right direction to find them, like Beldum. I like Beldum and Goomy being tough to find. But lock them behind difficult battles or side quests or puzzles, not behind lulsorandumb xD bullshit like deliberately whiting out on top of a Tauros after healing in the wasteland.
- Serra's terrain is completely fucking unfair, I like the gimmicks generally, basing one around accuracy isn't fun, and then putting shit like Brightpowder and Snow Cloak and Aurora Veil boosting evasion just goes completely off the deep end.
- The Glass Workshop gauntlet also is really unfun and seems more like a deliberate fuck you to the player than anything else, it just seems like it was included for the deliberate purpose of being unfair.
- A couple of puzzles in the game are honestly way too complicated or just really tedious for the sake of being tedious
- Grinding spots in the game genuinely suck ass, and I eventually just resorted to installing a mod to make grinding easier.
In spite of all that I do like the game, I do like the game's challenge, but it could and really should be better than it is.
