Toufu's Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum Manga is also very solid. Unfortunately I can't find any translations, but you can somewhat follow what's happening strictly by the visuals which are beautiful! The fights, expressions, personality, on everything is amazing.

Not everything that's unofficial is a retarded deviantart furry fanfic. There's a lot of high quality doujins out there, especially by talented japanese artists. Some of them are far better than the franchise they're based on.

The last update was back in January, but the artist is still making other stuff (Last Pixiv post was in July). I'm sure they are still working on it though.

The ending is eh, the rest of the arc is extremely neat. This little asspull allowed for a bit of extra drama and some character deaths. I honestly like that trade.
Also, did you really want based Norman and chad Steven to stay ded kek, not even Zinnia in oras arc fucking dies and god knows how much I would have loved it if that pathetic wench kicked the bucket
