This pokemon is over 10 years old and GF has only promoted it once despite being one of the 10 favorites worldwide. I wonder if this is done to avoid unwanted attention by a certain sector of the fandom?

I'm still disappointed that pokken happened I've been wanting a pokemon arena fighter forever and we get pokken instead which fails so bad they'll probably never touch the idea again

Yeah sure thing, gardevoir wasn't event he shillmon of its own generation. metagross, Deoxys and Jirachi got promoted way more by the Pokémon company.
