The problem is the "point"/"joke" doesn't actually make sense/work because unlike in the fossil wars, "Pokémon Fossil Necromancy" allows us to see exactly what Pokémon reconstructed from fossils look like, how they behave etc. Thus unlike to the paleontologists of way back when (and even now) it should be very blatantly obvious to Pokémon scientists that the Galar frankenfossils aren't viable as creatures that can survive and reproduce naturally in the wild.
