Playing some pokemmo, haven't played in a long while, going through sinnoh. I bought a Mantyke to serve as my secondary companion, and I'm playing it straight up.
Just finished a nuzlocke of volt white 2, that was a ball buster so this is a bit less of one. Debating whether I want to train the togepi up or not.

Crystal, just before doing rocket hideout at Radio tower. Going to trade evolve my graveler soon and finish the team out with a Skarmory. Feel pretty decent about this team, stantler was pretty dissapointing. Wanted to do something cool with hypnosis/nightmare/dream eater but it really isnt worth all the set up when it can just reliably 1hko with headbutt. Not a bad mon by FAR but just kind of uninteresting. Graveler has been an MVP in most gyms, taking one damage from attacks and then 1hkoing with rock throw. The mental image of this giant bolder just picking up a rock and smashing shitmons to death is too hilarious to me.

Stantler really suffers due to girafarig(not in Crystal though) having more cool tricks and miltank/Tauros bring more powerful.

Theres also Snubbull and Dodrio close to it and even Ursaring/Fearow for early raw power.

Platinum, first play through. I just beat Cynthia on the first go through of the Elite 4. Easily the hardest champion for me and my team really needs some work. My team is 4x weak to ice but i love my Garchomp and Torterra too much to get rid of them... I need Fly too so I think I'll always be stuck with 3x ice weakness. The Leafeon and Lucario aren't pulling their weight either. Platinum was great but there weren't enough fire types or fellas that could fly.

Still playing that idea of the save-edited team from level 1 with the most evenly spread evolutions. In White postgame now.

Pupitar just evolved (kinda feel a bit bad about it, i really like pupitar design), Zweilous is yet to evolve.

Since this is a team-oriented thread, I have a custom challenge that I want to play-test, which requires me to only use dual-type Pokemon. Doing my first Mono type playthrough in Black 2. The run was a fucking struggle until after Burgh. Gonna add Drapion, Sharpedo and I'm on the fence between Hydreigon and Weavile for my final slot, they're both really cool, but having atleast a single Special Attacker in Hydreigon would be really nice.

I also started a randomized Emerald game, just beat Bradley, who for some reason was a water gym leader. This team has some fun ability contradictions like the Mr. Mime, who has Thick Fat, and the Chuckle, which has Speed Boost. My starter is the Sealeo, which evolved from a Squirtle.

Emerald Nuzlocke randomizer. Everyone is 24-28 right now. Beat Watson not too long ago and suffered the loss of a Charmeleon to a Lv. 24 Nidoking that critically hit twice in a row with Double Kick. A Pokemon Crystal hack with all gen 1 and 2 Pokemon, reworked trade evolutions and elemental stones for sale, doing my first monotype run.
My team is Slowpoke, Poliwrath, Starmie, Gyarados, Quagsire and Vaporeon. Just got the Mineral Badge. Will probably replace one of my pokemon with a Cloyster later. Game was really hard up to Goldenrod City (my team then was Poliwag, Tentaquil, Magikarp, Wooper and a Slowpoke), but got much easier after Witney.

Platinum, you won't believe the pain I went through for Heracross, found 2 munchlax trees before getting it.

Moved on to Giratina Strikes Back. So far, most of the pokemon aren't worth training in the long run.

Ran into a level 40 roaming pokemon, but I'm not sure if it's worth loading my save state over and over again to catch it or not. I have one Ultraball, so I could if I try enough times, but I'm not too sure I want to.
