>>44536978I’ve actually thought about this. Not as a battle gimmick, but as like a new type of pokemon based on microscopic creatures.
They have a special way of being caught, like water/object/food samples and theres some new mini-game battle or something where you have to get them to stay in the pokeball once you find one (since you can’t exactly battle a microscopic creature with your regular pokemon)
The balls you use for catching them are special because they have magnifying powers that supersizes them so they’re a reasonable size to use as an actual pokemon in battle, but they’re still only as big as a Skitty.
And if you interact with them outside of battle, you gotta release them into this little mini environment and use a microscope to see them and special tools to play with them, cause the battle projection thing is straining and uses lots of energy.
