Kahili probably because >>44537698. She already beat Hala and Olivia previously. We technically have no clue about how Acerolla and her would match up though despite her only being there to replace Nanu. You'd think that because Acerolla is just a trial captain that she wouldn't be as strong. However, Sophocles is a title defense challenger as well. Meaning that trial captains can be stronger than Kahunas.

I'm surprised nobody talks about Molayne from USUM(maybe because everyone forgot him).
He was the rival of Kukui who is Champion level and is like a Raihan to Leon so he should be the strongest E4.
