Anyway, on topic, Wheelchair pokemon trainers would probably like stuff that's easy to train and strong enough to help them if their chair gets stuck. Grass types I could see being popular since most can eat with photosynthesis, and many get Vine Whips to help move around objects the wheelchair trainer can't reach.
Ivysaur, Tangela, Comfey, Pansage, and Serperior all sound like they'd be popular choices.
