Bulky Offense is focused on keeping up momentum, often times the breakers are a bit slower so the teams have to have loads of ways to control speed.
Hyper Offense is just hit hard and don't switch, very different at the core to general Pokemon strategy, it isn't uncommon to see teams with less then 6 breakers like Kickasser's Sun that runs the obvious Torkoal and Xatu to compliment the breakers.
