The elemental ones are easy, and Fighting (super strength, super durability, and ki manipulation) and Psychic (telekinesis, telepathy, and teleportation) are pretty obvious too, but what about the rest?

Just a dirty fighter. The kind of person that'll whip out a knife in a fist fight as soon as he starts to lose. Probably just The Joker or Catwoman in terms of power level.

You could say the same thing about every other type. Animorphing is a cop-out if we're basing powers on monster types. I guess Sabretooth/Wolverine work for dark type too, since almost every dark type has got massive claws.
