It now has the ability to be a team lead and set up hazards, which fits since it and it's prevo are specifically stated to be able to set up traps and have a lot of tools to use, Stakeout refers to the patience of a sniper waiting for the right moment to strike as well as rewarding good predictions by absolutely fucking destroying opponents who switch in at the wrong time into an SE move, and it now has better coverage.

Hydro Mine. Basically water stealth rock but does extra damage if a pokemon with heavy duty boots enters the field, justification being the added weight triggers the mine

I don't think it'd exactly bring it up to OU, but I think giving Drizzile and Inteleon a unique entry hazard move would be pretty nice:

Wouldn't make him OU, but it's ridiculous to me that none of Inteleon's themes (turning invisible/laying traps) are reflected in his move set.

A more interesting take on this concept would be to make Inteleon use substitute (if its in its movepool) whenever it switches in. On one hand, free switches. On the other, you take some damage every time, limiting the amount of times you can switch in.

Remove snipe shot's redirection immunity and trade it for priority. That might be enough right there.
If not, just give it an actual movepool. Extrasensory, nasty plot, etc.

Storm Throw and Frost Breath have both existed since Gen V. Making moves that always land critical hits isn't new for Game Freak, they just chose not to do that for Inteleon.

Protect + Substitute, then boost on the invincible turn, then Protect + Substitute again until you're ready to attempt a sweep. It'd need to pick up something like Nasty Plot to work, and it's still pretty bad, but it's something.

I found Inteleon is best used in a support role with Sash, Soak and Icy Wind. Its not a good offensive/Dynamax Pokemon due to Grassy Glide being a thing.
