>>44565455Actually according to Smogon data, it still placed within the top 50 at number #42 with a usage percentage of 4% in a format where over 100 pokemon are viable and strong, & over 350 pokemon are usable (Not all of them are good). If you're a more of a fan of the VGC meta, you're technically correct in the fact it had a lot of compitition driving it out of being a "strong" pick. However the data present still presents the case of Azumarill being present and a decent pick with it being the 67th most picked.
