We will never find out what Xerosic's endgame was.
We will never find out why Sina/Dexio felt the need to dress up like Sentai heroes despite doing nothing or if they've even helped with anything in the past to warrant this behavior
We will never find out where Team Flare found the legendary Pokemon.
We will never visit Galar through the train in Couriway Town that explicitly mentions going towards the future.
We will never visit south Kalos.
We will never get GO connectivity with Bank and SM despite them coding in specific symbols to identify Pokemon from GO in Gen 7.
We will never figure out what significance Piers was supposed to have on the plot or why his battle theme has a Silph Co leitmotif
And most importantly, we will never get more mega evolutions or have them come back. Megas were going to be something more, but 2015 was the year of death for this franchise. It's nothing but cut content and dropped plotlines now, get used to it.
