Bro it’s so easy. Get a Pokémon with Acid Armor or Iron Defense and boost up before she swallows you, then sit on top of the Pokémon and boost defense or spam recovery moves/items. You just have to last 3 turns before she’ll shrink back down and you’ll be too big to fit in her belly so she’ll have to spit you back out.
