A completed Colosseum save can trade with RSE as soon as you get the pokedex, that includes national dex pokemon as well, use this to get the hoenn starters and to power thru emerald a second time with you first playthrough team. If you have both kanto games then you only need to play up to cinnabar for fossils before you trade over your starter and fossil to another kanto game. restart two more times for the other 2 starters then trade everything back and just power thru everything with your first incomplete playthrough team.
