Rain reduces fire damage for based Decidueye
I run a focussash, swordance, grassy glide Decidueye that destroys rain teams. As long as Thwakey is still legal grassy-glide is too good not use. And with Lycanroc charizard or any fire/flying types aren't threats to me. Not execting high usage but am expecting to be a better meta

Idk man I've actually used it and swept countless of teams with it even with that are banned still active. A 70bp stab priority isn't bad in the slightest. I can even knock out a full health gmax dreadknaw in rain. It's fun to play honestly even when I lose

Stall doesn't work as well in doubles or timer formats. Console in general is more aggressive because not everybody multitasks, so you're more likely to run into an impatient player.

Official Formats limit actual battle teams to 3 or 4 Pokemon, which means there isn't room to pack a counter for every offensive threat you might encounter. Doubles is also unhealthy to stall because even the most defensive Pokemon doesn't fare well in a 2v1, and trying to bring out 2 walls at once is just asking for trouble.

You have a team of 6, and you bring 3 or 4 of them. You can see your opponent's team and figure out which walls to choose.
Doubles is arguably better for stall because you have twice as many moves to waste time with.
