Hello. I’ve been doing a project in my copy of Pokémon Emerald to get a Pokémon with a specific gender/nature/characteristic combination, but also making sure the Pokémon is as legitimate as humanly possible to replace a Pokémon that I had as a kid that was lost with a deleted Platinum file.

I’m trying to get the “good perseverance” characteristic on a Pokémon with a gender that only appears 12% of the time. I haven’t had any luck after over 100 hours of egg grinding and it’s driving me insane. I need a Ditto with exactly 29 IVs to breed, and I’m willing to trade in one obtained via a cheating device to do it. I just need to know how, and what the cheapest method would be since Action Replay devices are expensive (I’ll buy one if I must). If anyone can help me, that’d be awesome!
