How would you buff dunsparce?
Hard Mode: BST increase limited to 30
God Mode: No evolution, mega, G-Max, regional variant, or stat increase. Stat distribution change clause: To prevent min/maxing, redistribution can only increase a stat by 20

Now you can run an unaware set with hazard control, an unaware set with body press and glare/toxic, or a serene grace set with an actual movepool. Not amazing, I don't even think it'll escape untiered (maybe the unaware hazard set could be NU), but it'll definitely be better than it is right now.
