>>44589228I've never understood this. It doesn't have a "mature" or "fierce" face like most final evos, it's unusual in going for the cute route in facial expression like Meganium. But in terms of size and the level of detail on the design, it definitely has enough for a final evo. There aren't any middle starter stages with as many bits and bobs as Cinderace's headpiece and pants tufts and details on its feet. Raboot is another animal in clothes but it's much less busy and simpler in comparison, that's the difference.
