1. gains a sandstorm form. no reason it doesn't have one already. kind of insane they missed that and never fixed it.

2. regional form that has terrains instead of weathers. Misty, Grassy, Electric, Psychic.
Misty and Electric are already in-field weather conditions and everything.

but terrains are.

don't ask me what a psychic or grassy terrain map to irl, high pollen count and apparently whatever Avery did? i dunno. but nature power recognizes them and two of them already show up on the forecast. Fog/Mist and the thunder part of a thunderstorm.

That said, because of psychic terrain, you could make a very weird case for a *-Rooms castform if they made two more Rooms.

Castform's body is said to be made of cells similar to water molecules, and sandstorm is the only weather condition not related to water at all.

Tweak his ability or something to give him boosted speed (and maybe attacking stats) in any weather. 70/70/70 is still a shit defensive spread so I doubt that would save it
