If I'm fighting a pokemon in the real world, the pokemon has to abide by real world laws and physics, which would mean they wouldn;t be able to launch themselves into orbit and survive re-entry. And if I'm fighting one in the pokemon world, which is a cartoon, I would be a cartoon too, meaning I would have cartoon physics on my side as well. I think an Earth human in the pokemon world would have access to stuff that isn't real in this world, like psychic powers and auras, just like how a Magikarp in our world wouldn't be able to breathe in space and a Happiny couldn't lift a lake because there is physically no way it would have the muscles required to do such a thing. You can't say "They get to have magic in the real world and you don't get to have any magic in the magic world". No, I'm going with "In the real world there is no magic powers and in the magic world, everyone has magic powers".
I still think I'd be able to kick Mightyena's ass. There isn't much you can do to convince me otherwise.
