>>44587102Because banning stuff arbitrarily is stupid. There aren't any super busted non Legendaries. Card games ban or limit cards that are super powerful with little to no drawbacks. That's why Pot of Greed is banned in Yu-Gi-Oh! and Monster Reborn is limited. Cards with really strong effects but low summoning requirements also get limited or banned.
Pokémon has no such broken monsters (except arguably 680 BST legendaries). Even Galarian Darmanitan is perfectly manageable.
