Nah, it's the one they wanted to shill, it'll be buffed if anything (see greninja).
On the other hand, I'm convinced they made rillaboom good by accident and wouldn't be surprised if they nerfed it somehow next gen.

They're not gonna nerf it.
Talonflame was just the regional bird and Aegislash was just another mon. Neither were intended to be so good.
Cinderace is the dedicated shillmon.
