Guidelines:
> The only base stat modification you should make is the addition of up to 30 additional points to a pokemon’s stat spread (So no min-maxing), you may spread your stat boosts in any way you see fit, though keep in mind that Gamefreak usually does so in increments of 10, 20 or 25.
> Whilst there are no real restrictions on the addition of new moves, they should still somewhat reasonably fit with the pokemon's visual design and lore, with the more weirder choices being egg moves if possible.
> You are allowed to add abilities onto a pokemon until it has 3 total, if it already has 3 you are allowed to change only ONE pre-existing ability. Abilities should ACTUALLY make sense with a pokemon's visual design and lore, so no Shadow Tag on a non-Ghost or Psychic type for instance.
> Types changes are allowed but they shouldn’t be arbitrary, any changes should make sense based on its lore and visual design similarly to abilities.
> Reasonable changes to pre-existing moves and abilities are allowed, It is also fine to make outright new abilities and moves, but please refrain from making them too broken.

I’ll start.
