It's a very fast paced meta, even faster than regular doubles. Team synergy is even more important because a switch can make or break the tide. Also, the way u see it no matter how much of an advantage you have the opponent can just pop in a Double intimidate. So special attackers are more preferred.
The best teams are Pokémon that work well with more than one partner (I.e dragonite can either have aerialate or protean, porygon can have download or type coverage with greninja)
Half the fun is team building and coming up with wild ideas.
Besides that, I'm fond of camomons, monotype and AAA
