TPC is all about releasing garbage merch and what better way is there than to put Pikachu (and sometimes Pichu) in everything. The anime has always been shit and making Raichu look like a bad guy makes it even more shit. It shouldn't be treated as such,

He's honestly not. Raichu is my favorite mon and I feel like it gets plenty of attention from both TPC & fans. Only thing I wish is that people would stop saying it's fat because some episodes (mostly gen 4) depicted it being x10 larger than what it really is.
