I didn't realize I had mentioned it that much but yes, she likes most of the tiny mythicals, mainly due to movies (Victini and Manaphy the most, also Celebi some years ago but not much now), Butterfree line due to the anime, Zorua and Zoroark due to the movie again, many cutemons like Swadloon, Frillish, the Eevees, and well.. Garchomp. I honestly have no clue why, she does play GO a lot and she's seen some movies by herself. I actually haven't seen any past the gen 1 ones, she just catches them on TV and really does enjoy watching them, says they're chill. Then again, she enjoys Ghibli's a lot too, so maybe it's all just comfy Japanese animation to her? But anyhow, is there a movie where Garchomp is heavily featured or something? She also follows Masters' Twitter account, despite not playing herself, and when Cynthia debuted asked me if we could roll for them together (which we did and she was super excited). She never played a maingame title either, so I'll just assume she got it from a movie just like Zorua. But yeah, she thinks he's incredibly cool.
As I'm writing this, maybe the reason she's so enthusiastic with this franchise despite not really engaging much with it is because she knows I like it and likes to have something like that in common with me, in a way? I don't know, but it's cute either way.
So yeah, I'll totally try to get her this Garchomp if I can, and sorry for the long blogpost.
