This series would be changed for the better if Game Freak stopped trying to make battle RPGs and just made gen 9 as a dating sim/slice of life/pet game with occasional battling as a minigame.
Think Love Plus meets Nintendogs meets Animal Crossing meets Masters.

Thankfully that will never happen. Besides, we all know we're more likely to get a pokémon dating sim instead - Game Freak know just how fucked up this fanbase gets and if you're wanking to cartoon girls, you're sadly no better than those who wank to cartoon animals. you just don't get as much canon fanservice.

This stopped being "your" franchise the second you entered HS, ironically, and the next wave of kids seeking to become pokémon masters came on the scene. They don't need to do anything but what they've done over the past 24 years, because they'll always have an audience ready to sell their shit to.

That sounds boring as fuck. And honestly I'm not even sure what the appeal is in Animal Crossing? Never understood why anyone would play that thing or want to play anything remotely like it? And honestly I despise the idea of real-time stuff happening while the game is turned off. Like, I don;t want to meld real life and the game and go "OH! It's 5 O'Clock! I'd better turn on the game and do this or that!" No, screw that, I want to be in control of when I play the game, I play games to escape from the real world and think about something else, on my terms, when I want to. Last thing I need is to pile more obligations on top of the shit I already have to do. I'd drop the series if it did this.

I-I wouldn't mind a battle-centric pokemon game with VN options, more fleshed out dialogue and the ability to interact with humans just as much as you can with your Pokemon.

It would be a spinoff title, and possibly a visual novel type experience with certain chapters or paths depending on your dating choice.

I'm actually surprised how frequent this is brought up, is it only 4chan that wants this or are other places now talking about wanting Poke'dating experiences?

I was vehemently against at first, but now its piqued my curiosity of how it would turn out. Actually kind of wish someone had the time to make a fangame/rom hack just to see what it might be like.

Nope, been a proud chef since the day I left school and realised I wanted to work with my hands, while not having to be subjected to Outside to do so. But then again, I wouldn't be able to hack an office, barely hacked school since I turned teenager and college thankfully was more practical that theoretical as I worked towards my catering degree.
