He's putting hacked shiny pokemon on the GTS and requesting a snivy. Can't even trade to get the pokemon cause you'll just end up undable to use the GTS for a while. It's making just trying to get shit more difficult cause you gotta scroll through a ton of fake pokemon just to get to any actual results.
