For the most part they comment their own matches, including detailing their thought processes and decision making, which is probably one of the hardest things to grasp as a new player to the format.
If you come from singles I think you should learn meta's top picks and refresh on doubles mechanics such as Redirection, spread moves, and terrain/weather interactions are super promonent. Also Helping Hand, Snarl, Icy Wind, Breaking Swipes, and Friend Guard are amazing. Power Spot would be too if it had a better user I think.
