Are the UAE copies of Pokémon games fake or official? I've received different answers during my research so I'm curious to see if you guys had anything to say about it. /v/ told me they're legit.

I've owned pic related for three years and have yet to run into any weird occurrences. Been able to trade with my non-UAE D/P/SS as well but it's still a concern in the back of my mind. Thanks for any of your answers.
