If she left you for a genuine creep, then it's likely she never cared for you. The pokemon-thing was probably just an excuse so that she could rationalize her behavior. People - especially shitty people - have a tendency to try to make it look like they are the moral one. So if someone asks her why she left you, then she can say that it's because you're an adult still playing pokemon, rather than admit that she never cared for you.
But no sane person would end a relationship over something like that. Sorry my man.
