Stats go from 60/50/120/90/80/30 (430) to 60/60/130/100/100/30 (480). Why a mon that evolves at level fucking 38 with this bad a typing would have 410 BST or why they thought a miserable 20 point increase was fine is beyond me.

Magma armor now works like solid rock, or, give it drought/desolate land over any of its abilities. Now learns eruption, rapid spin, sludge bomb and meteor beam.

Magma Armor is buffed to be a Water Bubble variant. Halves damage done by water attacks, doubles damage of its fire attacks, immune to freeze.
Stats buffed. >>44654205 is good, but could do with more HP. Also give it Eruption so it can clean house in Trick Room

Give Magma armor some Water resisting buff - whether it's nullifying one weakness (ie a 4x weakness becomes a regular 2x) or being immune entirely. Only two Pokemon get it (Magcargo and Camerupt) and they're both 4x weak to Water

He evolves pretty late so I think a higher BST is fair, drop Magma Armor and give it Steam Engine and change its HA to Solid Rock. Since we're also fully committing to its Sp.Atk now drop Rock Slide for Power Gem and move Flamethrower to be learned much earlier and make Heat Wave its late-game Fire-Type move, also give it Burn Up as a Lv1 Move. Also let it learn Energy Ball via Move Tutor, it's a non-descript enough Grass-Type move that a good number of Non-Grass-Types can actually learn and given Magcargo is basically constantly emanating heat energy would fit the move in a sense.

Magcargo now has 5 different formes, which one you get is random when Slugma evolves (like silcoon/cascoon)

The formes are
>regular Magcargo
>Left arm of Magcargo
>Right arm of Magcargo
>Left leg of Magcargo
>RIght leg of Magcargo

If you have all 5 Magcargo in your party at the start of a battle, you instantly win

give it absurd def and spe def, like 150/200 of each. like a real snail, it squishes when you crack the shell.
Also make magma armor give the benefits of drought without needing drought

He needs 500 BST but not everyone has to be "good". Which hurts as a Magcargo fan, but his typing sucks defensively while fitting thematically, and he's a snail so making him a fast attacker doesn't work either.

You get "hotter than the sun" Magcargo when you have all 5 Magcargos on your team as mentioned here >>44655146. Switching between all 5 in a battle with none fainting is the way you combine them.

You automatically win the battle and it's accompanied by a mecha transformation sequence where an anime narrator reads out "マグカルゴスーパートランスフォーム太陽よりも熱い - HOTTER THAN THE SUN."
